This course is designed to teach any one over the age of 12 years old, the practical skills of fire awareness and dealing with a fire emergency. Techniques for fire extinguishing, evacuation plans and equipment use will be covered.
Suitable for:
Anyone over the age of 12 including teachers, students, petrol attendants, security personnel, law enforcement officers, lifeguards, swimming coaches, fitness coaches, corporate & retail employees as well as any lay responders or fire fighters in training.

A manual and power point presetation (hard copy or online)
Duration: 4 hours
Knowledge and Skills testing:
- 25 questions (multiple choice)
- Using a fire extinguisher (P.A.S.S method)
